Dr. Ti’Onya Green is a purpose-driven leader whose calling bridges the worlds of law, public service, and faith. Her academic achievements include a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, dual Master’s degrees in Public Administration and Legal Studies, a Ph.D. in Public Administration, and a Juris Doctorate specializing in Employment Law.
With more than 25 years of experience directing federal service delivery programs, Dr. Green blends intellectual rigor with spiritual discernment to leave a lasting impact wherever she serves. Passionate about walking in divine purpose, she boldly and compassionately leads others to Christ. For more than thirty years, she has been actively serving her community and advocating for its needs. Her passion is to be a voice for the voiceless, working tirelessly to ensure that vital resources reach the most marginalized individuals and families.

June is a licensed minister and the Director of Youth Ministries at her local church. Her contributions to ministry is both practical and transformative. Having overcome personal trials that could have defined her, she instead chose Christ and living her truth in transformation.
As a woman in ministry and leadership, June embodies authentic, integrity-driven, wise, and joyful leadership. She is living proof that you can rise from the inner city, master complex systems, carry the ‘oil’ of anointing, and still build the blueprint for a better future.
Monica Hayman is an Investigator with the Attorney General’s Office, bringing over 25 years of experience in the legal field, community service, and advocacy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Justice and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. Monica is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and has also participated in the Miss America Organization, where she cultivated her passion for leadership and service.
Known for her dedication and availability, Monica is someone who shows up when others need her most. Her commitment to supporting others — whether through her professional work or community engagement — reflects her belief in being a 24-hour person: present, dependable, and driven by purpose. Monica currently serves on the board of Michael Swinney Ministries, where she continues her mission to uplift and advocate for others through faith and service.
